Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

1-Complete Return Form
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order, please indicate on your packing slip or send an email stating your clear intentions of the return to “[email protected]”, print the email, and include it with your return shipment.

2-Authorize
* Your original form of payment will be refunded.

3-Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original packing slip or email sent are included with your return shipment.  This isn’t absolutely necessary but will help us process your return faster if we have the information readily available upon receiving the return.

4-Print Label & Ship

Our Policy

• Hoodlaces, LLC unconditionally guarantees all products purchased at full price from our Online Store for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• If you’re not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don’t hesitate to return it, and exchange it for any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with.
• Final sale items excluded.

Please note the following limitations:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
• Items purchased from the Hoodlaces, LLC Store cannot be returned at any retail location. Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Online Store.
• Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned for a price that is higher than the amount it was purchased. This includes both sale and promotional items.
